Ainslee is a Rockland native. She graduated from Endicott College in Beverly, MA with a BS in Business Administration. This education would serve her when she decided 7 years later to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. She attended Downeast School of Massage, an accredited school, in Waldoboro, Maine.

Ainslee resides in the South End of Rockland with her husband James, two children, a cat & a dog. Holistic health and bodywork are her passion.
